SUMMARY:E. Lorene Young Community Garden Work Party
DESCRIPTION:Make a difference in your neighborhood and community! WRI will 
 be participating in this year's Make a Difference Day. We will be working 
 in the E. Lorene Young Community Garden for this year's project.\n\nFor th
 e last two Make a Difference Days\, WRI has worked with dedicated voluntee
 rs to dismantle and replace old planter boxes and replace them with new ce
 dar ones built onsite. Now\, there are only 12 boxes left to replace\, and
  we need your help to finish this project! These new boxes will serve comm
 unity members for the next decade of fruit\, vegetable\, herb\, and flower
  growing.\n\nThis is a family friendly volunteer event! WRI will have the 
 materials and hand tools available for the work. We hope for 10 volunteers
  to come! The more the merrier.\n\nJoin us on Saturday\, October 25th at W
 RI if you’d like to participate! Please let us know you're coming by cli
 cking the red "RSVP Here" button above.\n\nFeel free to park at Wenatchee 
 River Institute (for free). We can meet there and walk together over to th
 e E. Lorene Young Community Garden (corner of 12th St and Commercial St). 
 There is also limited street parking available at the E. Lorene Young Comm
 unity Garden.
